By accessing or using the Driwego platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Information

  • Platform Operator: Driwego is managed by Cartier Creative Sdn. Bhd., registered inMalaysia under number 1242172X.
  • Services Offered: Our marketplace includes automotive services such as Maintenance,Repairs, Detailing, Painting, Modifications, Air Conditioning, Accessories, Electrical Work,Tyres & Wheels, Custom Services, Wrapping, and Inspections.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: Users must be 18 years or older to access Driwego.
  • Account Information: To create an account, a valid mobile number and email address are required. Vendors need to provide a bank account, business registration, and shop details.
  • User Responsibilities: Keep your account details confidential and manage all activities under your account.
  • Account Termination: You can delete your account anytime via the app, which will permanently remove your data

3. Service Providers

  • Joining Criteria: Providers must have a licensed workshop equipped with basic tools.
  • Vetting Process: We verify the service provider’s details including business registration and license

4. Fees and Payments

  • Accepted Payments: Options include Online Banking, Assorted E-wallets, and Cash.
  • Fees: A 4% transaction fee applies to vendors per booking, and a 4% cancellation fee applies to users.

5. Data Protection

  • Personal Data: We collect and use personal data such as phone numbers and email addresses for account management.
  • Data Breach Notification: In case of a data breach, affected users will be informed via email or WhatsApp.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Proprietary Rights: All content and software on Driwego are owned by Cartier CreativeSdn. Bhd.
  • User Content License: Users grant us a license to use any content they upload or generateon the platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Dispute Process: Users should first contact the vendor directly, then escalate to Driwego Customer Service if necessary, and finally, legal avenues may be pursued.
  • Finality of Vendor’s Diagnosis: The re-evaluation by the vendor is deemed conclusive

8. Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: A 4% cancellation fee is applied; refunds are processed within 7-14 days.
  • No-show: Users failing to appear for services have 30 days to reschedule; otherwise, refunds are initiated.

9. Warranty Policy

  • Vendor Warranty: Specific warranty terms for workmanship and products are detailed in the service listings.
  • Driwego Warranty: Some services are covered under a Driwego warranty, clearly marked in the listings

10. Vendor Payout

  • Payout Schedule and Process: Driwego retains user payments until service fulfillments is confirmed.
  • Payouts to vendors are scheduled for the second week following the completion of services, finalised no later than the following Friday. This schedule ensures that all transactions are processed in a timely manner, contingent upon verified service completion

11. Modifications to Terms

  • Updates: Terms may be revised annually or as needed, based on changes in the legal or business environment.
  • Notifications: Changes will be communicated through the app and require your acceptance.
