How do I sign up for a Driwego account?

To sign up, download the Driwego app from your mobile device’s app store, select ‘Sign Up’, and follow the instructions to enter your details. Once you’ve completed the form and confirmed your email address, your account will be active.

Log in to your account, go to the ‘Profile’ section, and select ‘Edit’ to update your information such as contact details, password, and any other personal information.

Yes, you can delete your account by contacting our support team via the app. Please note that this action is irreversible.

If you forget your password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ at the login screen. Enter your email address, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password securely.

Booking Process

Discover how to book, reschedule, or cancel vehicle services through our app.

Open the app, choose the type of service you need, select your preferred service and provider, choose a suitable time, and confirm your booking.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking through the app. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy as time limits may apply for cancellations without penalties.

Service availability is shown in real-time on the app. After selecting a service, you can view available time slots.

My Garage is a digital tool within the Driwego app that allows you to store and manage all the details of your vehicles in one convenient place. From images and mileage to tech specs and service history, My Garage makes car ownership easy and organized.

To add a car, simply go to the My Garage section in the Driwego app, tap on ‘Add New Car’, and enter the necessary information such as make, model, year, mileage, and any photos you’d like to include.

You can store a wide range of details including, but not limited to, car images, mileage, technical specifications, chassis number, and notes on your car’s performance or issues.

Service matching within the My Garage feature operates based on a sophisticated car group-based system. When you add your vehicle to My Garage, the system categorizes it into a specific car group determined by various factors such as the make, model, year, and technical specifications of your vehicle. This classification ensures that the services listed and recommended in Driwego are perfectly tailored to your car’s unique requirements.

When you explore service options in Driwego, the matching feature automatically filters and presents only those services appropriate for your car group.
